Transport of dangerous goods to, from or within Brazil is subject to compliance with the provisions of these Instructions and the Brazilian Civil Aviation Regulations (RBAC nº 175) and its Supplementary Instructions. Failure to comply with the Technical Instructions and the Brazilian State Variations is a violation of national regulations.
